Cold Shot is one of my favorites to play, from the shuffle, to the ending where the drums bring it down.
Glad things went well for you!
I went to an open mic jam with my bass player, for the specific purpose of having his friend hear me play since he recommended me as a sub to his friend when he needs a drummer for his trio. We played 3 songs, Cold Shot(which I had never played before and wasn't really familiar with) Pride and Joy(which I've played a few times), and Tie Your Mother Down, which I also sang lead on. When I was leaving I went back to say good bye and thanks to the guy who has the trio and he started talking about getting together to practice, so I guess my "audition" went well.
