surly repetition with weights builds speed, i meant aktuly playing them with the weights on, not sure if that wos very clear but it wos in my head![]()
I agree with Drummer. It's the repetition that builds speed. You must put in a lot of hours.

I only use 10 kilo weight in my bass drum to stop it from shaking from. the beater way to go man![]()
