Default Explain this filll to me if you don't mind.

In this video the guy in the tigger suit.. claims that he is accenting the first two hits followed by 4 ghost notes and right before this fill he using an exercise where it's like Rrr Lll and then as he is explaining it he makes it sound as if he is synching up the ghost notes to sound at the same time making it a 16th note pattern rather than a 16th note triplet pattern.. But when I listen to him play the fill it's sounds more like he's just playing RLrl RLrl.. and not hitting the four ghost notes but only two.. which is it?

I had a lot of time to think it over lying in this hospital bed...

Maybe I'm mistaken in that it only sounds like a 16th note pattern when played fast.. The way he describes it,, it's more like RLrrll RLrrll... I was trying to synch up the ghost notes to sound at the same time and that was hard and very slow. But I don't think that's what he's doing the more I think about it.. doesn't sound like it.
