Interesting.
Thanks for the information.
I have been informed of the addition of the 135th Anniversary drum set offered in limited quantities.
They are constructed in the Broadkaster series shells (3-ply with silver sealer) with the outer ply being "exotic ribbon mahogany' finished with either dark emerald green lacquer or classic mahogany lacquer..................both are beautiful. The only thing I don't like is the 301 series single-flange (stick-chopper) hoops.
Limited to two kit offerings:
14X22, 8X12, 16X16, matching 6.5X14 (limited to 80 sets -- 40 in each finish);
14X18, 8X12, 14X14, matching 5X14 (limited to 55 sets -- 28 in classic and 27 in green).
Also available is the 135th Anniversary snare drum...................5X14 engraved aluminum (limited to 135 snare drums).

No matter what they chose, selling 135 sets will be no problem.
Below is the set that they offered for the 100th anniversary in 1983;
