I had a new Sunday Seat at church this morning! Roland TD50. Upgraded from a TD10. It is NICE!

Those things are likely a good idea in a church music context.

Our house of worship uses acoustic drums in an enclosed booth.

I agree that electronics work better when the drums are out in the open.

We bought the TD10 new and it lasted around 20 years. It was time for a new one. Someone ordered an Alesis kit and it just didnt impress us, so we sent it back and convinced the board to spend the money for a good one that will last. We paid $7360 for it with church discount applied. That's much more than I've got in my Armory kit lol

I got the TD10 drums set up in the youth room for Wednesday night youth services. The electric drums will be much nicer for this smaller room than having a live acoustic kit in there like they had.
