    I’m sure someone has, but since being able to TURN the rods is the main idea, they probably had some regrets. Especially if they used the high strength permanent stuff, LOL.

    The club tuning thing struck me as somewhat weird, but I think if it was me i'd ignore it. You're the drummer, the professional, the guy who knows his instrument best. I'd just tune according to what works best for the song, because it should be your call at the end of the day how to do it, right?
