Just picked up the snare I've been drooling over and heard so many good reviews of, a Tama SLP G Maple! Got a great deal on a used one in pristine condition. Brought it home, didn't do a thing to it, just started playing it and it sounds awesome.

You have to have a Black Beauty (preferably) a Super Sensitive. Everything else is 2nd.
