    Thanks guys.............it was awesome.

I caught the tour two nights ago in Nashville.
Anyone on the fence about deciding to go see this tour can be confident that you need to see this show..............fantastic.

The four songs from the new album are great to hear............but the most impressive moments are IN THE PRESENCE OF ENEMIES, PART 1 -- A NIGHTMARE TO REMEMBER -- and THE DANCE OF ETERNITY.
The selection of these three tunes is an example of lengthy drummer torture.
The four instrumentalists display uncommon and amazing technical skills all night -- but especially in these three songs.

    A few photos below:

This last photo below is me at the new location of Fork's Drum Closet...............the new store allows more sunlight and is easier to navigate.
While the square footage is actually a bit smaller, the store is well-stocked -- it also still has nooks and crannies and hallways with gear on display.
The guy behind me in the photo is setting up for a clinic that, unfortunately, I could not stay around for.............that is Chad Wackerman.............a very normal, nice guy.

Thanks for posting the pics. You had some great seats Ricardo but in the photo of you, I see an ekit for the clinic?

The clinic was sponsored by Roland -- however, there was also a beautiful new acoustic kit right next to the e-kit.
    Wackerman was tinkering with both......................
I have a double CD of Wackerman playing on the final Zappa tour (The Best Band You Never Heard In Your Life) that proves he is a remarkable drummer.

I found some free lessons with Chad and you're spot on about his talent. From reading his biography, he took lessons from Murray Spivack, who taught drummers such as Louie Belson and Joe Morello. I learned a lot just by watching a short 18 minute video introduction to Spivack's method.
