    Default $125,000 for a 1988 Rockstar Kit?

    Ok - I like Guns and Roses. But am I crazy? $125,000 for a 1988 Tama Rockstar Kit? I don't think Neil's Red Tama kit went for that much?

    I found a nice used 5-pc. shell pack on-line for $280.

    That's Corvette money.

    Anybody who would pay more than $1,500 for a set of drums is foolish.

    I know that some companies sell for way more, but with some tuning, I can make my cheap Pearl set sound just as good.

    If Goode or Gatzen tune them, I could make my Pearls sound better.

    Maybe they think they'll make someone a rock star..

    GnR had that first record which still sounds good and it has been ranked as one of the best rock records of all time.

    I guess that inspired the insane price. Just put em in a Hard Rock cafe or Cleveland .

    Yeah , lets pay $125,000.00 for a mid level kit once owned by a loser that destroyed his life with drugs and alcohol. Oh and he played in the most overrated band ever.
