OED, the dog's name on the papers is: Dakota Frosty Mia Rose. He will probably be called "Dak".

The 1st day I got Frosty, as I was playing with her on the floor, my GF's daughter who had a Maltese (Mia),asked what I was going to name her. I was playing with the dog with no name so I told my GF and her other daughter to name her. The daughter wanted to call her Dakota and my GF wanted to call her Frosty, so it basically came down to a coin toss and Frosty won, so she was Frosty Dakota Rose (Rose being their last name).

The 1 daughter died of a heart attack in 2013 at 47 years old, so, for her, the pup will be Dakota Frosty Mia (if it wasn't for Mia, I wouldn't have had Frosty) Rose. He will be called Dakota, I doubt that it would be shortened to Dak so as not to confuse him.
