    Default Chico Hamilton

Chico Hamilton is a "West Coast" musician who started playing with jazz giants like Charles Mingus, Illinois Jacquet, Ernie Royal, Dexter Gordon, Buddy Collette and Jack Kelso before he finished high school. He also played with other jazz giants such as Lester Young, Gerry Mulligan, Count Basie, and Lena Horne.

Other great jazz musicians are George Duvivierk, Howard Roberts, Charles Lloyd, Gabor Szabo, George Bohanon, Albert StinsonIn, Loui Armstrong, John Lewis, and many others. He appeared in many movies, composed soundtracks for several movies and made over 60 albums as leader of his own group.

This is "The Dealer" from the album The Dealer.
