Lenny White
Lenny White is a jazz fusion drummer who played with Chick Corea's "Return to Forever". Although Tony Williams is the person who started fusion (with the cd "Miles in the Sky" - he talked Miles Davis into playing the fusion genre), Lenny quickly jumped on the band wagon and helped difine fusion drumming.
He's played with and made albums with Azteca, Gato Barbieri, Ron Carter, Cyrus Chestnut, Stanley Clarke, Al Di Meola, Larry Coryell, Victor Bailey, Chaka Khan, Freddie Hubbard, Joe Henderson, Wallace Roney, Buster Williams, Andrew Hill, Woody Shaw, Miles Davis, Curtis Fuller, Buddy Terry, Eddie Henderson, Don Cherry, Jaco Pastorius , Brian Auger's Oblivion Express, Eliane Elias, The Manhattan Project, Michel Petrucciani, Bobby Hutcherson, Marcus Miller, Urbanator, Geri Allen, Letizia Gambi, and others.
This is Lenny playing "Duel of the Jester & the Tryant" with Return to Forever (Chic Corea (p), Stanley Clarke (b), Al De Miola (G).

Re: Lenny White
Lenny influenced so many great drummers, including Carter Beauford who has referenced him many times over the years as a big inspiration to him.
