Bruce Gary was an American drummer who was best known as the drummer for "the Knack". He was nominated for two Grammy Awards as a stage performer, producer, and recording artist. He played with Jack Bruce (Cream) and Mick Taylor (Rolling Stones).

After the Knack broke up in the early 1980s, Gary became an in-demand drummer for studio work and live performance with Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Stephen Stills, Rod Stewart, Bette Midler, Harry Nilsson, Robby Krieger, Cherie Currie, Spencer Davis, Emmett Chapman, and Sheryl Crow. He also worked with blues Albert King and John Lee Hooker.

This is Bruce playing "My Sahrona" from "Get the Knack", the Knack's first album. The song reache No. 1 on Billboard.

My Sharona is one of my favourite song to cover and I didn't know Gary had gone onto play with all of those artists. Thanks for the info.
