Gerald Michael Edmonton
Gerald Michael Edmonton (Gerald McCrohan) was a Canadian drummer who is most note for playing In "Steppenwolf". The band was originally "The Sparrows", but after some changes and a move to Clifornia they became "Steepenwolf".
I'm sure everyone knows "Born to Be Wild" and that simple little drum fill that was a little troublesome for something so simple. Of course, again, that song should also be known for being the theme for the movie "Easy Rider'.
Trivia: Steppenwolf is the name of a novel by Hermann Hesse (1927) reffering to his early life struggles. Steppenwolf is German for "steppe wolf (Canis lupus campestris), also known as the Caspian Sea wolf", which is a subspecies of grey wolf.
This is Gerald playing "Born to Be Wild" from "Easy Rider", a true classic.
