I don’t know much about this Herch brand but looks like some quality work. I believe those are their bass drums you have pictured but I think not played with a foot pedal.

Not sure if Herch make drumsets. They're listed as "Tamburos" ... Wikipedia definition says;
The Dominican tambora (from the Spanish word tambor, meaning "drum") is a two headed drum played in merengue music. In many countries, especially the Dominican Republic, tamboras were made from salvaged rum barrels.

I guess they believe in FINE tuning. Or maybe their hoops are incredibly flexible.
I’ve seen where Herch has also engraved on the stands for the drums!
they're pretty if nothing else except for the badge..
