Terry Snyder

Terry Snyder was an American drummer (1916-1963). He played and recorded with Benny Goodman and His Orchestra, Buddy Morrow and His Orchestra, Charles Magnante and His Orchestra, Dick Hyman and His Quintet, Edgar Sampson and His Orchestra, Stu Phillips Sextet, the Buddy Weed Quartet, The Charleston City All-Stars, The Command All-Stars, The New Benny Goodman Sextet, Will Bradley and HIs Jazz Octet, Charlie Barnet, Perry Como, and others.

He led his own group, "Terry Snyder And The All Stars" and they made several albums. He is noted for being an all-around percussionist and made several "percussion" albums.

This is Terry playing "I'm in the Mood for Love, Orchids in the Moonlight, and I Love Paris" on the "Persuasive Percussion" album with his "All Stars".
