    Peter Gill was born in Shefffield, England in 1951 and is an English heavy metal drummer and played in The Glitter Band, Saxon and Motörhead.

    He made four albums with Saxon (an English heavy metal band formed in 1977 and have been called an inspiration for bands such as Motley Crue, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Antrhax, Pantera, Testament, Dokken, Skid Row, Dream Theater, jExodus, Overkill, etc.)

    He made three albums with Motorhead (an Enlgish rock band formed in 1975 considere ad precursor to the new wave of British heavy metal).

    He played with the Glitter Band which was originally the backing band for Gary Glitter.

    This is Pete playing "Strong Arm of the Law" with Saxon from the album "Strong Arm of the Law" released in November 1980.
