New drum kit day!
Ordered myself a five piece DW today. It will be here on Monday.
I know someone will ask, so I’ll answer now. The deal on the “custom” kit went bad, I got my money back, and ordered the DW.

Yes it is. I watched numerous videos to include some “side by side by side” comparison videos for the Design, Performer, and Collectors. I can’t afford Collectors so that was out of the equation from the beginning. The videos I watched showed such minute differences between the Design and Performer series in regards to sound/tone, etc that I decided to save a few bucks and just roll with the design series.Originally Posted by Yoda

Everyone loves FREE... like this free drum forum. But like your car and even your drums, they require upkeep and maintenance and that requires money.

I know from working with Drum Bum through the years, that this forum is costly to run. It requires server fees, hosting, ongoing moderation, advertising, software upgrades, security certificates and IT work when it breaks. I had a friend give me a black kick drum head and I threw it on tonight. I like the black better than the white for sure.
