Looks cool to see it actually written out. January 1st, 2021. A new year, marking a new beginning. How did you spend it? Did you work? Lounge around and do nothing? Something drum related?

Did you make any resolutions? I'm already on a new diet. Typical I know but hey, it's a goal. Bring it 2021!

Did minor household chores, visited family, sold a hi-hat stand online, took my high blood pressure meds and for my resolutions, need to diet and quit smoking. Also try and get my vintage trap kit and electronic item/ MIJ transformation II kit projects finished.

"need to diet and quit smoking"

Have you tried the E-cigs? I've used them for 10 years. I ordered them and when they came I tried 1 and haven't had a cigarette in 10 years.

I made a New Years Resolution when I was 7 and have stayed with it for 67 years.

I made it a point to play my drums on January 1st (it had been a while).

I played along with a CD of a few classic rock favorites:

THE SONG REMAINS THE SAME (Led Zepp)
    PORTRAIT (Kansas)
    THE BIG MEDLEY (Dream Theater)
    DANCING MADLY BACKWARDS (Captain Beyond)

    I definitely feel better now...…...

Holy Moly. It's been years since I'd heard that one. If I recall, that was a crazy album that presented early challenges. I was always up for it.

Fantastic debut album from some good players.
    Drums by Bobby Caldwell...…….extraordinary percussionist.
DMB opens with a strong 5/8 rock groove -- good stuff.

A lot of rednecks and old people in Florida. Are you sure that's a good move?

Just moved to FL late last year. Love it. You won't regret the move. Most of the preconceptions about FL are not true. One of the best days ever was when I sold my snowblower

We are in Melbourne. Don't know what you do for a living, but, aerospace and defense are the big industries here. Major employers are Harris3, Northrup Grumman, Extant Aerospace. Lot's of medical support jobs as well.
