Today marks the 1 year passing of Neal Peart, so I thought I would do a Rush cover. Here is my drum cover of Tom Sawyer. It's not perfect but hey... I'm not Neal Peart! haha

Awesome Zack! Maybe you'll have a shot at a post Rush project of some kind although even Taylor Hawkins sounds nervous about the idea, LOL. This paragraph from the following article is hilarious:

Everyone loves FREE... like this free drum forum. But like your car and even your drums, they require upkeep and maintenance and that requires money.

WOW, very nice man. great job. Do you have a pedal/ with long cable to close that hi hat on the right or is it just a normal stand and you leave the hats open.

if you pause the video at 1:21 seconds it's a look from behind me. My left foot is on my main hihat pedal. The pedal to the left is for the hihat on the right. it's an 8' DW Cable hihat. It is fully functionalOriginally Posted by MDK

I think that you di a great job on the cover! We will miss Neal forever!!
I have tried and tried to be a good drummer but I just don't have the natural talent a lot of you guys have!
