Default To Deal Or Not To Deal...

Found some used Alesis Strike pads for a pretty good price. I know these are well-known for a laundry list of problems and high percentage failure rates. I'm pretty handy and I'm no stranger to moderate electrical repairs.

With that being said, are parts relatively easy to come by for these pads? How bad is it to tear into one of these and rebuild it? Should I even bother and stick with my trusty ol' Crimson pads? Any advice is appreciated.

hey if the price is right I never pass up a good deal. And when I do I usually regret it. So if it's good enough for you to write this post go for it. Worry when the time comes.
