    I finally had time to sit down and tune and play around with them.

    Oh my! I have my sound. New snare day, today. Pics after it arrives.

    Oh and new cymbals, too. Totally out of the box purchase for me. Jury will be out on these for a few rehearsals, at least.

    Ok, for the most part, this new set is complete. Lovin' it, to boot. My herd is thinned, my content is satisfied. Drumming life is good.

    My photo talent lacks severely when it comes to red sparkle. The color is much deeper and the glitter much more noticeable face to face.

    The pictures make it seem orangish and flat.

    That is a good looking kit.
    Tonight is the first practice for my band in almost 14 months; will be fun.
    I'm still playing all my old gear because I'm convinced it can't be improved; enjoy all that new stuff !

    That is one nice kit. I have to admit that even though I own no red drums, red drums sound better. May they give you years of musical joy! Peace and goodwill.
