Default Picked up a new hi hat stand

Found a clearance deal for Sakae double braced 2 legged hi hat stand that was too good to pass up. It showed up last night and I have to say I am impressed. I had been using an old (early 90's) Pearl hi hat stand that came with the kit when I bought it, and had always hated how sloppy it felt. The Sakae just feels dialed in out of the box. Great find. I agree with what Spaz said.

Solid for sure = heavy, lol. That's why I stick to the old style, single brace Tama lever glide. Just my preference but I hate lugging around heavy gear. Glad you found a bargain though!
