    Cool article on the advantages of drumming and dancing (particularly). We not only get the satisfaction of massaging our percussive instincts but also benefit from improved heart rate, mental health, memory, and endurance as well as improved auditory function, immune system, cognitive health, well-being and social functioning due to playing music out and about in social settings.

    As of December 14th 2020, I have been playing these damn fool things for 64 years. Started in 1956 when I was 10.

    I don't know if they are keeping me alive, or scotch, or getting rid of wife #2, or learning how and when to duck 50+ years ago.
