    Broke another cymbal. This time a crack in the center of the cymbal. So here is how I fix that.

    I’ve done that also and like you’ve mentioned, it could be hit or miss on sound afterward. You did a fine job.
    The last cymbal I had that was cracked was welded which you can see in my cracked cymbal thread. It worked great and is holding strong. The best part was the cymbal did not need to be heated up with a torch before welding.

    those are the Cymbolt. They stay on the cymbal and allow for quick on and off.

    I cracked my A Custom Projector 19 in August. Turned it into an O-Zone. Sounds ace
