    Hi, I’ve purchased a set of the above. They’re about 20 years old and sound great. How do they compare in quality to other well known brands? Thank you.

    Pictures would be a very enjoyable addition to your post.

    You purchased some very nice drums IMHO. Not much better out there. Maybe some Maple Customs. LOL

    Agreed. My 1st kit was an entry level Yammie. Even their lower end products are very good, but the Customs are great.

    We'd love to see 'em.

    I have a Yamaha Birch Custom Absolute kit that I purchased new in 1999. The build quality, look and sound are excellent. I'll never sell them.
