Matt
I bought myself a bunch of paiste rudes for christmas. One of them (17" crash/ride) has a two inch crack in it. It was only 20 bucks so I figured what the heck might as well. It sounds fine, except it wobbles near the crack, making a ringing noise.
Ive heard of people drilling a hole to stop the spread of the crack, but Ive also heard of people cutting the crack out of the cymbal.
So whats the best method, and how would I go about doing it?
