Check the tension before swapping. My B/B came in tuned up like no other. I'm still chasing that sound. DOH

I like 13" snares.
I have a 7X13 Black Magic that is a better drum than I expected....fit, finish, and sound.
The throw is arguably not up to par with the quality of the rest of the drum.
However, I rarely release the snares so it doesn't bug me much.
