Aquarian has a "HI-Impact" snare batter that sounds good and lasts forever.
is anybody using Attack? I know Bozzio use to use them. I needed something for my snare a couple months ago and put on an Attack head I had in storage. It came on a drum I bought a while back. I was pleasantly surprised by its performance. It's an older head with the old Attack cannon logo on it. 14" clear with a dampening ring built into outer edge. Strong head. I've beat the crap out of this one and it's still going strong. Don't know what they called this one, but it would be what they call today a Toneridge2.
Attack makes some nice looking heads and interesting products like The Baron. A coated snare batter with a red dot.

after looking at mine closer it might say SER II on it.

I ordered 2 new Aquarians (preferred brand) that came in a while back. Haven't even unboxed them yet because our band is in limbo right now![]()

I put a couple of Aquarians on my toms the other day and really like them. I've been using Remo emporors for years but considering switching. I'll wait awhile and see how they wear.
Sorry, I know your original post was about Attack heads but I don't have any experience with those.
