Well honestly I almost did not post this, I did it kinda in a hurry, and I just feel it is my worst playing ever seriously, it does get better after about 3 min or so, but my drums sound KILLER, I will be posting a killer vid tomorrow, I think you will all dig.

I only think that the toms sound a bit tight, bit if that high tone is what you like then it sounds awesome. Every thing else is great though, dude.
What kind of fills are you using at around 2:40?

It is a combo of dbl kick and toms, I have no idea the technical word(s) for it, I just do it, the end of the video I do it alot, sounds kinda cool.

The only muffling I use is a small piece of moongel on my snare, other than that they are wide open.

that was great kevin, but your first floor tom sounds like it has no resonance, but it may just be the sound, but anyway good job that was great

Coke, it's probably because his first floor tom is a 12x9 and tuned a little low to fit in with the 14x12 thus killing it's higher normal tone like the 8x7 has.

Suddenly I think I know a lot about your set up Kev, I've spent way to much time watching your vids :P.

I thought those toms sounded great man. Great tuning and playing! But I do agree with CC's comment about the floor tom being a bit flat.
