Shorter DW pedal spur screws

Does anyone know of replacement screws which are shorter? These are like 2" in total. I'm finding I step on them at times and it drives me a bit nuts.

I'm OK with not official DW screws/springs, but I'm not sure of the threading, etc.

Any info greatly appreciated!

You should bring one of the screws with you to a hardware store and find a shorter one with the same thread. Maybe a socket head cap screw in the size you need would work. As far as spurs, you’d have to grind them to a point.
