Default Ludwig Accent CS L-Rod post size.

A friend of mine was gifted a Ludwig Accent CS drum kit. However it is missing the tom mount post. So we are buying a new one on line but need to know what size post to get. There is the 3/8 size and then the 10.5 mm size. My friend, who is new to drumming, lives in another state so I can't see the mounts myself.
    Any help would be appreciated.

It’d help if friend had a set of calipers or a 3/8ths and letter Z drill. Just hold the drill bit by hand and see how they fit through the tom arm holder/clamp mount on tom.

Well the 3/8ths is close/same as 9.5mm which is 374 thousandths and believe this was the common size for vintage Ludwig L-arms. Not certain about the Accent.

The 10.5mm is 413 thousandths. Same size as a letter Z drill.
