I had heard of them but never saw them or heard any of their songs until I watched a tribute to Sydney Durso when she retired (after 7 years) and they played this song.

Let me see. We were in Kindergarten so that would make us about 5. We were going to elope, but we were stopped at the corner of Ave C because we couldn't cross the street by ourselves so that pretty much screwed that up.
It was all downhill from there.
