Hey Ricardo, thanks for checking in... and for your honesty.
You're right… things have gotten quiet around here, and I share your sentiment. DrumChat was once buzzing with daily conversations, gear talk, and drummer camaraderie. The slowdown hasn’t been due to a lack of passion on our part, but rather a shift in how people engage online. The entire landscape of online communities has changed over the years, and forums everywhere have felt it.
That said, the spirit of DrumChat is still here, and it means a lot that longtime members like you still check in. While things might not be as active as they once were, the archive of conversations, advice, and shared knowledge is still valuable and that's why the traffic is still high. And quietly behind the scenes, there are a few things in the works that I hope will breathe some new life into the space. Just can't talk about it in the moment.
Appreciate you being part of this community, then and now.
