11 years and 5 hours ago on June 9th, 2014, I was being wheeled into the operating room for triple bypass surgery.
I know I say this just about every year but just because you feel good doesn't mean that everything is good on the inside.
If I didn't have a stress test that led to the surgery, 1 year, maybe 2 if I was lucky, I would have had a massive heart attack.
Go get checked out!!!!!

Yep, good reminder. I'm now hitting that age where routine maintenance is no longer optional. My wife just got diagnosed with cancer too. It's a weird season of life to enter for the first time.
