So, this drummer in Ohio goes around to all his neighbors to let them know that he bought a drumkit and will be practicing and would they be Ok with it, and they were totally supportive. I've done this numerous times through the years by the way. But one particular jackass had to make his life miserable, forcing him to have to hire a lawyer to defend himself. Here's the story here:
