    Default [ASK] about Zildjian Effect Cymbals

    Any one own this kind of cymbals ??



    It said that if you hit on different spot, this cymbals also sound different...
    It's that true ??

    Also with the reasonable price (around 100 bucks)...I think this sound interseting to me.....
    Any suggestions ?

    I have the attitude that they are gimmicky and other than a China the music I play has really no need for them. I have never been overly impressed with the sound of them when I have tried a few out at the stores. I haven't seen a lot of the pros playing anything really in their set ups. I am wondering if they are more of a fad than anything else. But tho each his own!!! That is why they make them, people buy them!
