Anyone here a Vinny Paul fan?

I saw him play this weekend, he was awesome. His kit was NICE, a Pearl MRX Masters Series, snake skin finish. Beautiful!

I know who he is but have never seen him play live, I thought after Dime bag was killed he was giving up on Damage Plan. Is that who you saw, or is he in another project?

Ive seen Vinny a few times... great rock/metal player.
The singer of Hellyeah is my friend, Chad. He is also the singer of Mudvayne. Great guy.

I got to see Hellyeah twice in Vegas last year.... and the guys are super cool.

Vinnie Paul and HellYeah performed here in Richmond last night at Toads Place. I unfortunately had to miss the show. Great performer and has always had a very powerful sound, along the same line of "overly" processed drum sounds(triggers/ samples) used by Tommy Lee, Joey Jordison and others. Sorry I had to miss them.

I saw Pantera a few times and was always inpressed by his recordings with them too. Being 120 lbs of pure fury, I always found it amazing when big dudes played really fast like he does. That's a lot of mass to move around. It takes enough effort to move my skinny parts around.
If it makes noise hit it!
