Mates for my K Custom Sessions?

My K Custom Session crashes are my favorites and I'm looking for a 14 to 15 inch crash to go with them. I listened to Sabian AAX and HHX Studios(online) and they sounded like a nice match but I cannot find them at the local music stores to try out. Anyone have this combination that can venture an opinion?

i love the aax cymbals i now have three with my recent purchase of the 18 inch stage crash

i would prolly go with another k custom model. i havnt tried the session crashes. i have the 18" session ride. it mixes well with my 14", 16", and 17" k custom dark crashes. the k custom hybrid might be a cool match.

Take your cymbals to the store with you and play a number of cymbals from different brands and find some matches. I think that is the only way you can tell unless you buy exclusively Zildjian K's. Even then some cymbals within a particular line don't sound good together.

I have the same ride!!! and I just tonight picked up a set of 13.25" K custom hybrid hats! Awesome mix with my K 10" splash, 16" A thin, 17" A custom crash! The hybrids are the best!

A lot of people combining K series Ride.... with A Custom Crash....
I commonly seen A custom Fast crash or Medium Crash with K custom Rides in their set-ups.....

i have a K custom 20" dark ride, i wish it was in a 22 though
