Damn that's good.
You know who I was reminded of.....Tony Royster Jnr.
I can see how heavily influenced Dennis' style would be on Tony's playing. THe way the solo was constructed, the feel of it all - very similar. Dennis is a bit more accomplished opbviously, been playing longer, but with guys like TR Jnr coming behind him - it's all looking good.

I saw him with Steely Dan one time and he really tore it up live...
He looks a lot different without hair, he used to have a small 'fro and wore a ball cap all the time!
