Roland monitors

Roland has small speakers that attach to the frame of their electric kits. Has anyone used these speakers and how do you feel about them?

I had a roland pm-3 did not like it the small speakers would distort at modertate levels fromthe crash cymbals . I like the crate keyboard amp much better.

My HD-1 Lite has a great little speaker....... I mostly use my headphones but when I don't the speaker sounds great IMO

I was also not a fan of those Roland Monitors. There are much better monitors out there. It all depends on what sound you're going for. I'd head down to a music store and listen to some different models to figure out what you like best.
