    Default Ba digga dip tak

So, a few weeks ago I had an encredible experience in my church. My church peoples hosted a lock in for local teens (which ended up being our church teens exclusively) It was great, they ended up having three old hippies show up with acoustic guitar, bass, and two sets of LP aspire congas... one one set of aspire bongos. My father bought a doumbek that day, and add my bongos and djembe... and the ashiko and ceramic bongos that another lady brought... and the drum kit that I augmented with my own snare and cymbals, and it turned into a magically percussive night. We played almost a "medly" for three or four straight hours. Completely without breaks. It just flowed from one song to another, with people switching instruments. We ended up making complete cycles with everyone playing everything. It was great. And then my dad... a newbie handslammer, went out and bought the 14" Toca Synergy Djembe that is my own 10" djembe's big brother. Man that thing slams! So... yeah, I guess thats it....
Thats the way, uh huh, uh huh, I like it.

Sounds like it was an awesome night! I am assuming that the teens all got into it too.
