So what size is the band and what are your influences? contemporary or modern? give us more info If you wish.
there is 7 of us total. We play all around jazz, latin, but basically anything jazz. We play some small gigs but nothing spectacular just something fun to do on the side.
Where in Arizona? I'm heading to Tucson in late October.
keep the beat goin' ... Don't keep it to yourself!

the phoenix area
we may be changing our name to something people understand do you guys like the name T-minus now? Just brainstoming before our first gig
T- minus or t minus now? hehehe.
go with what you all agree on buddy,
Cadeson, whatever you decide on, I would suggest something easy to pronounce, just because it's easier for people to remember. That's assuming that your looking to create a fan base. Of course, if you're in an area where there are a lot of people of German ancestry, you might have the perfect name already.

"You can take away our keys, you can take away our phones, but you can NOT take away our dreams......Yeah!, thats because were like, sleeping when we have them."
it's a possibility but nothing is for sure right now
Hey, I like the name, but I have some new information for you. Gebroken Verslagen, is not German, it is dutch, and it means broken records. I'm dutch and was all surprised by the name. It's really funny to see that. I wish you guys all the luck with making music.

Yeah, aint' that funny! And the work 'verslagen', I don't know if you know, but it means records like in written records, like a report or a medical record. So, the choice of words, is pretty intersting. Hey I wish you guys the best!

thanks man
I would go with "the broken record club" in english, because its easy to pronounce, and sounds sick for a jazz group

of course, in the most far-out sense of the word, could "records" allude to files lost in a computer crash?
(just a thought)
"He thinks too much--such men are dangerous."
BTW, cadeson--you playin' set or hand drums on this one?
