    Default concert I just saw

I just saw "Bullet For My Valentine", with "Bullets And Octane"!!! Great show!! Both drummers are great, but the one for "Bullets And Octane" was so fun to watch! Great showman - he wasn't trying hard to be all-showy but his sticking was too cool!!! Great, high energy show!!!

I'd love to take my kids to a rock concert. But I don't want to deal with all the second hand pot smoke and F-bombs from the front man. The last big name rock show I went to was Van Halen's 1984 tour.

    Am I old, or what?

    Exclamation concert I just saw

    Three of us now, man!

Last concert I attended (and don't laugh!) was Ringo Starr and His All-Starr Band in 2000...it was fairly clean, but so many bands think that screams, 'tudes and F-bombs will bring them to the top of the charts. There are exceptions, fortunately!

It's all good Chiko! I'm 36 so I've got quite a few years on you. Plus I went through a stage when I was about 20 where I went and saw everyone that came through town every time they came through town. The people at TicketMaster knew me by name! If I still had all that money, I could probably go buy a new 'Vette!

Oh well, I can't take a car with me when I pass on, but I can take a lot of good memories with me...

Chevelle puts on a great show. They sound good live, and they don't just stand there. Aerosmith would not be a bad concert for you to go to. I went to my first concert when I was 11 and saw Motley Crue (Shout At The Devil) open for Ozzy (Blizzard of Ozz). That was a little too hardcore for a kid at 11, but I thank my dad to this day for having the trust in me to let me go.

Just saw RHCP. I really enjoyed the concert. The bass guy was wearing some sort of spandex leotard. I thought he was naked. Billy Talent, BNL and Rock Star Supernova are on my dance card in the next few months.

I cant believe this. This is a drummers forum and no one has seen Rush. I have seen them 5 times and I cant wait till they come around again. Which I hear they are in the studio right now putting stuff together. Cant wait. I have been to many concerts but they are still my favorite.
