I think your out of luck with a refund bud. There are however a bunch of sites out on the web that give how-to advice on how to repair or have cymbals repaired if the crack isn't that bad. Good luck!

I doubt if any manufacturer is going to Refund or honor Warranty on anything purchased in a secondary market. Just curious, though...I also have a K 16" med. Thin Dark Crash. I play the heck out of it with a big band and cannot imagine ever cracking it. How did you manage to do that?
Drill a small hole at the end of the crack and try to salvage it!
