Frank, you go to YouTube and find the video that you want. Then on the right side of the video there is an info box with "more info" in blue. Click on that and you'll get a URL box that you can right click on to copy.

Next you come back here at create your post. At the top of your post there is an icon that looks like the earth with a chain link across it. Click on that and you'll get a pop up box. Clear the line, and then paste the URL from YouTube in there. Click OK and it will appear as a link in your post.
