Nice!
Thanks for the post man.
Nice reggae beats mon!
He's got a nice style. Cool over the bar line stuff. Interesting color to the rhythms. Changes up a lot. Keeps it interesting for us drummers. Cool.
Very cool vid LHL! I agree with Drummer. Changing it up throughout the song kept it fresh, and kept me listening without anticipating.

I love Reggae specifically for the technical and ultra complex drums. This guy has some sick demonstration on that part, love it.

Thanks for posting that LHL .
Gil Sharone is the man & I love good old dub/ska/reggae like this!
It's hard to believe that's the same guy who plays with Dillinger Escape Plan:

Try not to judge a drummer by the song you hear him playing.
Judging from some other threads lately, if the above song had been posted first, some of you guys would be ragging on it because it's too angry, Cookie Monster vocals, etc. instead of appreciating the drumming & musicianship...
Any major dude will tell you...

Bumping this. Gil Sharone is one of my favorite drummers of all time. The Dillinger Escape Plan is lucky to be blessed with such great drummers like Chris Pennie and Gil Sharone (both who have left, Pennie to pursue his own stuff and Sharone was a temporary replacement until they found a full-time drummer as he is already in a band). I love DEP so much now, it takes time to get used to their style, but Ire Works is the most amazing album from front to back. I suggest EVERYONE listens to it.
