    Cool pics Funky!

BTW, are you being like Wilson? He was the neighbor on the Home Improvement show, and the ongoing joke was how his face was always partially hidden by something. I notice that your face is always partially hidden by a cymbal! LOL

yeah, a little bigger than your average lounge the last band to play there before us was motorhead. this week...ice cube. it seats over 5000. that night there was about 200 people we were in a battle of the bands called "cover wars" for cover bands. we took a strong 2nd place. the odds were not in our favor to win. we were the only out of town (non K.C.) band and only blues band invited. we totally ruled (as the dvd will show) the crowd response catagory, wich only counts for 1/4 of the results. we only had about 6 people we knew there due to tornados rolling thru between K.C. and our hometown. but still got the most applause. we were also the last band to go on, right after the band that won. no regrets tho, we had a blast and played pretty awesome thru the biggest baddest system any of us had ever played before. the production guy said they had 3 million dollars in lights and sound in that place. they used half of that that night. so we were only playing thru 1.5 MILLION sollars worth of stage gear.

we wanted to keep it high energy, with songs that people knew. so we did 2 stevie ray, 2 hendrix, and a freddy king tune.

thnx for all the nice comments folks, i'll get the vid up soon.
