    Default Practice Independence

    Hi folks,

as I am drumming for several years now (its my hobby), what do you think, is it worthy to practice once independence on both sides? I mean, I'm righthanded, should I also train my left side and vice versa?

    Thanx for answers

yah definately train both hands i like just doing quarter notes, then eight, then sixteenth, then as fast as i can on a pad then slowing down and then switching hands works up speed well. Those single stroke rolls speed up really fast this WAY
