    Default Thumbs up for Drumworks

So Im sitting around work with nothing to do last Thursday. I decided on a whim to email DW and inquire about buying some badges for my entry level set of PDP's. To be honest I didnt even know if these sets came with badges but I figured what the heck I got a few minutes to kill. I got an email back within a couple of hours. The customer rep said he could send me some if I would just email him my address and how many I needed. So I emailed him the info and left it at that. Today I get the mail and there there are not only the 5 I asked for but 5 additional badges that. These arrived from California to Virginia in 2 business days from the initial email. While these badges are in now way top of the line, like my kit, I was impressed that DW took care of a small request like they did. Im trying not to "endorse" DW over others but this impressed me so much I had to post about it.

That's cool. DW is a great company! I sent them a little love letter myself after buying my 5000s just to tell them I thought they were awesome...They sent me a free T-Shirt in the mail just for that!

Were special over here. Do you remember those bumper stickers back in the 80's. I think the one for this part of town was "by invitation only".
